Recipe Pasta Bolognese (for 4 persons)

<i>This dish cannot be missing in the kitchen! Pasta Bolognese is a simple but delicious dish. In Italy this dish is called ragù alla Bolognese. Unlike many other pasta sauces, the Bolognese sauce is made with minced meat and many different vegetables.</i>
300 grams of Spaghetti
400 grams of minced meat
400 grams peeled tomatoes
70 grams tomato puree
50 grams Parmesan cheese
1 zucchini
4 carrots
1 stalk celery
1 onion
1 to 2 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of basil
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
Olive oil (to bake in)
Salt and pepper

Preparation method:
1. Bring a pan of water to the boil and add a little salt.
2. Put the spaghetti in the pan and prepare it as indicated on the spaghetti package.
3. Peel the onion and chop it into small pieces.
4. Remove the celery threads, cut them into small pieces and fry them for about 1 to 2 minutes.
5. Heat the pan, add a small dash of olive oil and fry the onion for about 2 minutes.
6. Cut the carrots into small pieces and add them together with the celery to the onion and fry for about 2 minutes.
7. Peel and cut the garlic into small pieces and fry them briefly.
8. Add the minced meat and tomato puree and fry with the rest for 4 minutes.
9. Cut the zucchini into cubes and add them to the baking.
10. Add the peeled tomatoes and the balsamic vinegar. Heat the sauce over medium heat for about 8 minutes.
11. Season the sauce with a little salt and pepper.
12. Pick the basil leaves and stir them into the sauce.
13. Add the Parmesan cheese
14. Serve the pasta neatly on a plate and enjoy!
