Recept Lasagne
<i>Lasagne is one of our favorite recipes. It is a traditional Italian oven dish. Below you will find our recipe.</i>
Ingredients:
500 grams of ground beef
1 onion
3 cans of tomato paste
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
1 pack of pre-cooked lasagne sheets
2 scoops of mozzarella
3 cloves of garlic
1 bay leaf
50 grams of butter
50 grams of flour
500 ml of cold milk
Oive oil
Sambal
Sugar
Pepper and salt
Basil
Oregano
Marjoram
Parsley
Paprika powder
Preparation method:
1. Start making the Bolognese sauce
2. Chop the onion and cut the garlic into fine pieces
3. Fry the onion in the pan for about 1 minute, then add the garlic.
4. Heat the tomato puree in another pan over high heat. Pay Attention! Keep stirring so that the tomato paste does not burn.
5. When the tomato paste no longer smells sour, you can add the onion and garlic.
6. In the pan where the garlic and onion were in, we now add a little olive oil and add the minced meat with the herbs, pepper and salt.
7. Fry the minced meat loose and then add it to the tomato paste.
8. Add the tomato cubes and add some sambal and bay leaf to your taste.
9. Let this simmer for about 45 minutes on low heat. Stir the pan every now and then.
10. In the meantime, we will continue with the béchamel sauce.
11. Melt the 50 grams of butter in a saucepan. Pay Attention! This should not be too brown.
12. Add the flour and stir well.
13. Slowly add the milk while stirring well with a whisk.
14. Do this until you have a nice smooth sauce.
15. Season the smooth sauce with some salt and pepper.
16. Take an oven dish and grease it with some olive oil
17. Slice the mozzarella
18. Place 1 layer of lasagne sheets on the bottom.
19. Cover this layer with one third of the béchamel sauce.
20. Then add 1 layer with the Bolognese sauce.
21. Add 1 layer of sliced mozzarella.
22. You repeat these steps until everything is gone.
23. You end with a layer WITHOUT mozzarella on top.
24. Cover the baking dish with aluminium foil and place it in the preheated oven (180 degrees).
25. Bake the lasagne for half an hour.
26. After this half hour you remove the foil and bake the lasagna for about 15 to 20 minutes e voila! Buon Appetit0! The lasagna is ready.
TIP
You can serve the lasagna with béchamel sauce with some slices of sliced tomato, mozzarella and a little pesto.
