Recipe Gnocchi

<i>Gnocchi is a typical Italian dish. They are oval 'balls' made from wheat flour and potatoes. Gnocchi is the plural of gnocco, which means "lump".

Ingredients:
500 grams of gnocchi
100 grams of chorizo
400 ml chopped tomatoes
300 grams of spinach
1 ball of mozzarella
Pepper
Fresh basil

Preparation method:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
2. Cut the chorizo into pieces and fry it without oil in a pan for about 4 to 5 minutes.
3. Add a little spinach at a time until it has wilted.
4. Drain the spinach with chorizo in a colander.
5. After this has drained well, put it back in the pan and add the chopped tomatoes.
6. Add some pepper to taste.
7. Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi until they float.
8. Drain the gnocchi.
9. Divide the gnocchi in the oven dish
10. Fold in the spinach with tomato sauce.
11. Cut the mozzarella and divide it over the dish.
12. Put the dish in the oven and bake it for 15 minutes.
13. When the oven dish is ready, you can garnish it with fresh basil.
