Gustocamp staff is not available at Campsite Bella Austria. But the experienced team of Bella Austria will welcome you and look after you during your stay. They will give you the service you are accustomed to. Actually, you do not have to miss a thing.

The minimum rental period during the high season is 7 nights, however, during the low season, the rental period is more flexible. Time of arrival and departure is between 16.00 and 19.00 hours and 07.00 and 10.00, respectively. Departure before 7.00 am is not possible on some campsites. The voucher you will receive will be your proof of reservation, and will be required upon check-in at the main reception. The campsite staff will escort you to your accommodation. Extra costs like deposit, final cleaning, rental of linen, etc. have to be paid on site in cash. At the end of your holiday we ask you kindly to check-out prior to your departure.

Upon arrival, a deposit of €100 for mobile homes will be authorized through a SEPA form by our campsite couriers. In the event of any discrepancies related to cleanliness or damage, our organization reserves the right to deduct the corresponding costs from the deposit. A maximum of €100 can be claimed by us within a week after departure via the SEPA form. The amount will then be automatically debited from your account. You will be notified accordingly.

Mandatory cleaning fee for all mobile homes on this campsite during the entire season:
€60,- for the mobile homes Sunset, Sunset Superior.
